Criteria for "Best Answer"

ISSUE: Whether the "best answer" is the one that:

(a) states the historical background of the issue posed;

(b) restates the question with another that better discloses the underlying issue at stake;

(c) acknowledges causes for reluctance in answering authoritatively;

(d) cites further avenues of exploration via suggested links;

(e) notes contrary or contradictory positions;

(f) addresses relevant positions of persons in power over the issue;

(g) discloses personal agendas involved;

(h) presents credible evidence and non-fallacious arguments to the issue posed;

(i) points to sources of emerging insights and oversights about the issue;

(j) communicates the answer with opportunities for continued correspondence;

(d) replies to objections; and

(e) aligns with the questioner's own final decision about the issue?
